Vancouver-Centre
I am now working with the Lorne Maynecourt campaign in Vancouver-Centre.
Lorne is going up against Liberal incumbant Hedy Fry, who took the riding from PM Kim Campbell in 1993. Hedy will be a tuff nut to crack, but polls indicate that it is very possible to take this riding back for the Conservative Party of Canada.
Lorne comes to us from the Provincial Liberal Party where he was a two term MLA in the British Columbia Legislature. He is passionate about making streets safe for all citizens and has already won over some of Hedy's former supporters.
I am pleased to throw my support to Lorne and I only hope that I can make some small difference that helps get him elected and send him to Ottawa as part of Stephen Harper's team. We need this man in Ottawa!
BBQ at the Campaign Office at 944 Granville Street (at Nelson) Saturday September 20th from Noon to 3 PM - Come on down and meet Lorne in person!
